Good question. They should ALL want their selections monitored. If they're winners, why wouldn't they?

Most likely they are scam artists or bogus handicappers. This should be obvious. They know their record would never hold up over a full season, never mind across several seasons. Instead they rely on the hard sell, preying on your desperation and stealing your cash.

So don't be shy. It's your money. Always ask these mysterious paid service handicappers, "Why aren't you monitored?" I'm sure you'll hear some mighty creative answers!
