How else could someone accurately judge the proficiency of the handicapping service?

Here's an analogy. if I sell computers, I'm paid by how many computers I sell. If I'm a baseball player, I'm judged on how many hits I deliver. So, if I make NHL selections, I should be rated by how many bets I win! Simple really.

Therefore it also stands to reason that every honest handicapper should care about this record, and have it monitored religiously to prove its accuracy.
